FABRIC
SOURCING & SAMPLING
We
supply thousands of fabrics in the current collections by all
the designers mentioned on our website and many more. We also
supply a large collection of wallpapers and trimmings.
Just
let us know what you are looking for and we can give you further
details with regard to availability, pricing and delivery times.
We can send out small sample cuttings of our fabrics, wallpapers
and trimmings for colour matching.
Only
a small selection of our fabrics are currently catalogued on our
website so if you do not see something you like just give us a
brief description of the kind of fabric you are looking for and
we can go from there.
The
small images on the fabric page have a few details attached to
them, which are the design name and a letter indicating the price
band the fabric is in, detailed below under Pricing.
ORDERING
Just
tell us what fabric you want, the amount and where it is going
and we will then give you a quote, which will include delivery
times and costs.
Our
minimum order is 1 metre on most fabrics and we can supply orders
to the nearest 10cm on most fabrics. Our quotes are priced by
the metre so if you prefer working in yards just let us know the
yardage required and we will quote accordingly. We will quote
in GB pounds sterling but if required we will convert to the currency
you require.
PRICING
Just
ask about our special promotions and discounts as we regularly
have great deals and reduced prices on selected fabrics.
Prices
of the designs featured on our website can be found on the prices
page. The prices are shown per metre excluding vat.
For
customers living inside the United Kingdom or any country, which
is a member of the European Union, all prices must include VAT
at the standard UK rate of 17.5%.
If
you live outside the European Union, in 'Excluded Territories',
all prices are quoted exempt of VAT. Any customs or import duties
are levied once the order reaches its destination country. We
will be obliged by customs regulations to state the contents and
value of the order. You, the recipient, may be liable for payment
of customs clearance upon delivery, which depends on the practice
in the country of delivery. We have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be.

PAYMENT
Payment
is made in UK pounds sterling and must be received before we can
send the fabric out.
We
accept:
Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, JCB. We will accept a cheque
however we must wait for the cheque to clear before sending the
fabric out.
DELIVERY
& SHIPPING
We
will give you all the relevant information with regard to Delivery/Shipping
prior to placing your order.
If
within the UK there is a standard delivery charge, which we will
include in your quote and, providing the fabric is in stock, will
be delivered to you within 3 working days. We will always let
you know before your order is placed how long it will take for
you to receive the order.
If
outside the UK, until we know how much fabric you need and where
it is going, we cannot give you an estimate due to the fact that
all fabrics are different in weight and where costs are dependent
on weight. We will give you shipping options depending how quickly
you want delivery and hence let you know delivery times.
All
fabrics will be delivered rolled onto a centre cardboard core
to prevent them from creasing.
ON
RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
All
orders are accepted, despatched and invoiced on the understanding
that when received, the fabric will be carefully inspected prior
to cutting. Whilst every effort is made to control and inspect
each order to ensure you receive the fabric in the best possible
condition, errors can be made and damage can occur in transit.
Once the fabric is cut, we will not be able to accept return or
any liability whatsoever.
