Our history

Fabrick is a company within the Sella Group founded in 2018 with the objective to develop an Open Platform project aimed at encouraging collaboration and simplifying the innovation of banks, fintechs and corporates, thanks to the opportunities fostered by Open Banking and the PSD2 Directive, which came into force in Europe shortly afterwards.

A journey of growth

Even before its official launch, Fabrick had already created the most important Fintech Community in Italy: the Fintech District, which today brings together over 260 Fintech startups and scaleups and promotes Open Innovation initiatives with the corporate world.

Over the years, Fabrick has grown through significant partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions, welcoming over 1400 APIs on its platform, connecting to over 1000 banks at the European level and building relationships with over 400 corporate customers. Today, Fabrick is one of the leading providers of Embedded Finance solutions in Europe, with a team of over 470 people operating in Italy, the United Kingdom, and Spain.
