Day after day, we collaborate as a team to build a new way of doing finance. Our mission is a great challenge that can be overcome by working together.
We are individuals with different stories and experiences, united by a single vision.
Since 2018, the team has continued to grow steadily, now counting over 400 people distributed across different cities and countries.
Each of us has a different story, but we share one purpose. Together, we foster an inclusive culture that values differences and enables everyone to express their potential. We share our diversity and inclusion initiatives in the sustainability report.
In 2025, we promoted 14 initiatives dedicated to volunteering and wellbeing, designed for everyone on our team and documented in the sustainability report.
