You can properly value the dueDate using the GET_SCT_Valid_Execution_Date_List API, excluding the first 5 elements returned in the response array. Alternatively, if you want to enter the payment with the first useful date, simply omit the dueDate parameter and the system automatically calculates the first useful date.
