Can the settings made during onboarding be changed?

If the static mode was selected during the contractual phase, it is always possible to request changes after onboarding, including:

  • Rules for distributing incoming funds to Beneficiaries
  • Bank account details for credits
  • Frequency of Cash Out executions

All modifications must be requested via a ticket on the dedicated support system.
