How are fees applied to the service calculated?

The Payment Facilitator service applies processing fees using an "interchange ++" model,
which consists of the combined fees requested by the card-issuing bank (Issuer), network
fees (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), and acquirer fees. Where applicable, additional fees may be
included, such as chargeback, representment, refund, and credit fees, along with any
adjustments.
