Why is the error "Consent was created by this TPP but is not valid for the addressed service/resource" shown when accessing the account data (balances and/or transaction list)?

Typically, the error ‘Consent was created by this TPP but is invalid for the addressed service/resource’ is displayed for one of the following two reasons:

  • End user configuration
    The end user could be a corporate customer who does not have access to information/instructions for operations. The user must check the configurations of their profile on the online banking application, if necessary contacting their credit institution.
  • Exchange of credentials
    The customer renewed a consent in case another account had already been aggregated. However, during the renewal phase, they entered the credentials of another account of the same bank and the consent was therefore invalidated.
