Failure to display one or more accounts during aggregation may be due to the fact that The reasons why the authorisation has expired before the final deadline may be:

  • The authorisation has been cancelled from internet banking.
  • A new authorisation has been created (even by mistake); in fact there can only be one active authorisation for TPP and bank credentials.                               

For example, if a user lends the credentials of an account to other users (different userIDs), the last authorisation entered invalidates the previous one. It is good to remember that for each triple TPP-credential-bank there can only be one valid recurring authorisation.
