After onboarding on Fabrick Pass, the user is subject to documentary and KYC checks. Fabrick reserves the necessary time to finalise or investigate the user's position.
In any case, emails are sent to the end user with details of the procedure and any corrective actions to be taken: for example, in the event of an error with the document, the user will receive an e-mail with a link to allow the upload of a new document (the link will expire after 3 days).
The FPP can check the status of the procedure by calling the GET API getUserDetails (kycStatus).
