Once the consent has expired or been removed, the enriched transactions saved on Fabrick's systems remain visible and available for consultation but will no longer be updated until the consent is renewed. The legislation does not give any indication on whether or not to keep the data already obtained available in case of revocation of consent: some banks show it even in case of revocation of consent and others don't. On the other hand, there are rules that must be obtained from the service provider (Fabrick): in this case, it is necessary to keep track of the operations performed and the data collected for 10 years. Finally, there are rules for the removal of data at the explicit request of the user according to the GDPR, the General Data Protection Regulation.
