Why does my bank not appear in the onboarding list for bank identification?

The bank does not appear among those listed because the specific bank does not return the account holder among the required information, thus not allowing Fabrick to carry out the necessary checks for onboarding. In this case it is possible to choose a different identification method (SPID or document), or an alternative bank can be selected. The specific bank will then be present in the next step when the accounts are aggregated, with all the related services.
