Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, the "Regulation"), also known as the GDPR, Fabrick S.p.A. (hereinafter, the "Data Controller") provides you with the following information regarding the characteristics of the processing that it carries out on your personal data.

1) Who is the Data Controller of your personal data?

The Data Controller of your personal data is Fabrick S.p.A., with registered office in Biella (BI), 13900, Piazza Gaudenzio Sella, No. 1.

2) How to contact the Data Protection Officer?

The Data Protection Officer (hereinafter, the "DPO – Data Protection Officer") can be contacted using the following contact details:

  • Postal address: Piazza Gaudenzio Sella No. 1, 13900 Biella (BI) – DPO
  • E-mail address: privacy@fabrick.com

3) What categories of personal data are processed and what are the sources of the data?

The personal data that the Data Controller may process are:

  • Browsing data;
    The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this App acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes, by way of example and not limited to, IP addresses, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment (such as, for example, the telephone number, the device model, the screen resolution, the language, etc.). This data is used solely to obtain statistical information on the use of the App and to check that it is functioning correctly. The data referred to above may also be used to establish liability in the event of computer crimes committed to the detriment of the App or of other connected or linked apps.
  • Data relating to the device used;
    This category of data includes, by way of example and not limited to, the brand and model of the device, the operating system, and the version of the App installed. This data is used, in addition to providing assistance in the event of App malfunctions, for IT security purposes and for the prevention of payment fraud.
  • Data collected through cookies;
    Cookies are part of the broader category of so-called "tracking tools", i.e. software, scripts, or other identification technologies (including, by way of example and not limited to, cookies, SDKs, fingerprinting, pixel tags, etc.) placed on websites, applications, or physical systems to monitor and record users' activities, which are collectively referred to below as "Cookies".

These Cookies are set by the Data Controller and are referred to as first-party Cookies. The Data Controller may also use third-party Cookies, i.e. Cookies from a domain other than that of the App you are visiting. For third-party Cookies, a link is provided to the respective privacy policies.

The details of the categories of Cookies used by this App are set out below.

Necessary (Technical) Cookies

This App uses exclusively technical Cookies, which are used solely to enable the user to browse the App and to use its features; their use is therefore necessary and does not require the user's consent.

Technical Cookies are normally session Cookies and are therefore automatically deactivated once the App is closed. However, some technical Cookies are useful for allowing certain user preferences to be stored without having to reset them on subsequent visits (so-called functionality Cookies). For this reason, functionality Cookies are often persistent Cookies, as they remain stored on the user's device even after the App is closed, until their expiry date or until the user decides to delete them.

Further details on the types of first- and third-party technical Cookies used by the App can be found in the following table:
