To manage Dashboard preferences, go to the General section under Settings.
Personal settings
In this section, users can configure:
- LANGUAGE: Italian or English.
- AMOUNT FORMAT: you can customize how amounts are displayed by choosing from 4 different styles.
- DATE AND TIME FORMAT: you can customize how date and time are displayed by choosing from 9 different styles.
- DATE AND TIME EXPORT OPTIONS: you can choose whether to export date and time in the same column, in separate columns, or only the date.
- DEFAULT WORKSPACE: the default workspace can be changed by any user.
Notifications
In this section, users can choose whether to display the Dashboard tutorial only on first login or also on subsequent logins.
Privacy
In this section, users can change the privacy preferences selected during service activation.
Payments
The Dashboard displays the most recent payments for the period selected in this section. The available time ranges are: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.
Reports
In this section, reports can be securely delivered via the sFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) protocol.
To configure it:
- set the IP address where the files should be delivered, for example 192.168.13.49. Do not specify the port, as port 22 will be used by default;
- if needed, a specific folder path can be added immediately after the IP address and port, for example 192.168.13.49/out/folder;
- do not enter sftp:// before the address;
- set the username to be used for the sFTP connection;
- download the certificate containing our server’s public key;
- it is recommended to whitelist the following subnets, from which reports will be sent: 213.218.32.0/21 213.218.40.0/21 213.218.48.0/21
Alternatively, the fixed IP address 213.218.52.203 can be used.
Using the subnets is recommended because it provides greater flexibility in the event of infrastructure changes.
