Fabrick Customers:

SoInnovative digital solutions for the hospitality sector

BeSafe Group is an insurtech company specializing in the hospitality and travel industry. Since 2017, BeSafe Group has been designing, developing, and distributing tech and software products for hospitality operators and their guests, with the goal of digitizing their service offerings.

Key highlights

Thanks to Fabrick’s Open Finance services, BeSafe Group integrates instant bank transfer payment and automatic reconciliation within its BeSafe Pay payment gateway.

Using Fabrick’s PISP licence, operators in the sector will be able, during the booking phase, to offer their customers the possibility of paying by instant bank transfer.

The automatic reconciliation between payments and reservations allowed by Fabrick’s AISP licence makes BeSafe Pay a useful tool to save hours of work, avoiding any human error.

Through the new Reconciliation Plus feature, BeSafe Pay is able to show who paid for the booking by bank transfer or card, avoiding to manually check the receipts, in real time.

Why did BeSafe Group choose Fabrick as a partner?

“The partnership with Fabrick marks an important step for the development of our products. […] Features such as automatic reconciliation and one-click bank transfer payments, insured installment rates and the collection of virtual cards allow for the simplification of the operativity of the structure, make payments safe and fast thanks to PSD2, thus providing hoteliers with an all-in-one solution for everyday operations”
Alessandro Bartolucci, CEO, BeSafe Group

Thanks to the collaboration with Fabrick, BeSafe Group is able to offer new value-added services to optimise processes and reduce costs, such as, for example, the use of alternative payment methods and the ability to automatically reconcile transactions with reservations.
